  4.   The board is changing over to a new file librarian system.  All previous
  5.   [.LBR] and [.LQR] files will be replaced by [.ARC] (Archive) libraries.

  7.   This is being done to ease the chores of keeping the board's files in
  8.   order and to eliminate previous compatibility problems with various
  9.   "Squeeze" programs which sent files up to the board in different formats.

  11.   The program you will need to de-catalog one of these [.ARC] libraries is
  12.   ARC.EXE.  Please download it now and have it available as the files on
  13.   the board are gradually converted over to the new format.  Documentation
  14.   for the program is called ARC.DQC.

  16.   Files on the board with a "Q" as the middle letter of the filename
  17.   extension need one of the "unsqueeze" programs off the board to expand
  18.   it back to a usable size.  Good choices are USQ.EXE or NUSQ.ARC.

  20.   Files with the extension of [.LQR] or [.LBR] also need the file utility
  21.   program LU.EXE to decatalog them after download and unsqueezing.
